🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using sales trends and market intelligence.
• Lead Open to Buy discussions and identify business drivers.
• Conduct comprehensive financial forecasting and item-level planning.
• Perform vendor analysis to support negotiations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' experience in merchandise planning or inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
