🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations with IT service partners for deployments
• Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Coordinate capacity and resource planning with partners
• Handle escalations and enforce quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams (Onboarding, Quality, Enablement)

📋 Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in partner operations or similar role
• Strong organizational skills with high volume and multiple partners
• Solution-oriented thinking and escalation management experience
• Fluent German and English (C1 level)

• Experience in healthcare or eHealth
• Experience in capacity planning and resource management
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar management tools
