You'll own lead management and SDR cadence operations for a fast-growing real estate platform. Your analysis will directly connect SDR activity to pipeline and revenue impact. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own lead creation, enrichment, routing logic and SLAs for the SDR team.
  • Operate, monitor, and optimize SDR cadences to improve conversion.
  • Analyze lead conversion and engagement data to identify trends and gaps.
  • Translate SDR productivity into pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Maintain visibility across the lead-to-sales handoff funnel.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
  • Experience supporting high-volume lead sales teams.
  • Ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience consulting for a US-based startup.
  • Knowledge of the housing market or shared housing.
  • Exposure to AI-powered tools or automation in sales operations.
