You'll own lead management and SDR cadence operations for a fast-growing real estate platform. Your analysis will directly connect SDR activity to pipeline and revenue impact. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Own lead creation, enrichment, routing logic and SLAs for the SDR team.
- Operate, monitor, and optimize SDR cadences to improve conversion.
- Analyze lead conversion and engagement data to identify trends and gaps.
- Translate SDR productivity into pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Maintain visibility across the lead-to-sales handoff funnel.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
- Experience supporting high-volume lead sales teams.
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution.

- Experience consulting for a US-based startup.
- Knowledge of the housing market or shared housing.
- Exposure to AI-powered tools or automation in sales operations.
