• Manage post-closing events for SPV and Fund+ products
• Serve as escalation contact for complex investment structures
• Lead onboarding calls with fund customers
• Prepare financial reporting packages and distribution calculations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of fund accountant experience
• Strong understanding of VC/PE structures
• Proficiency in US GAAP
• High proficiency with Excel
