💼 About This Role

You'll solve challenging part production problems for polymer and composite components in a LEO space system company, designing and building equipment to enable large-scale manufacturing of ultra-lightweight structures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build custom equipment for complex polymer and composite parts
• Develop high-volume forming processes for tight-tolerance assemblies
• Create SolidWorks models and drawings with GD&T for production tooling
• Troubleshoot and iterate on manufacturing solutions for scalability

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3-6 years' experience in complex part manufacturing with focus on scalability
• Expert-level SolidWorks skills including GD&T
• Hands-on fabrication skills: machining, welding, assembly

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers
• Track record of solving challenging manufacturing problems for volume production
