💼 About This Role

You'll lead the technical vision for the Automation department's software ecosystem, conducting audits and setting architecture standards. You'll work across Cloud, Desktop, DevOps, and ML/CV teams to drive scalability and engineering maturity. This role directly impacts production quality and R&D processes for a global security systems leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct technical audit of desktop, web, backend, DB, and API systems
• Develop architecture for high-load event-driven and production data systems
• Implement best practices in CI/CD, testing, code review, and observability
• Standardize development approaches and mentor team leads

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as Tech Lead or Engineering Manager
• 5+ years commercial experience with desktop systems (Python, .Net, Java, C++)
• Experience designing distributed systems (API, DB, event-driven)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, testing, and code review processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with hardware/embedded/IoT
• Experience with manufacturing systems like MES or SAP Digital Manufacturing
• ML/CV experience
