💼 About This Role

You'll join the FSP group at Precision for Medicine, managing site contracts and budgets for clinical trials across Europe. You'll ensure timely execution of agreements and serve as a subject matter expert. This role offers full remote flexibility across multiple European countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft, and negotiate site clinical trial agreements.
• Negotiate site budgets and resolve complex contractual issues.
• Establish and track contract metrics and manage contract status.
• Mentor junior staff and support contract process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of site contract and budget negotiation experience.
• CRO experience required.
• Experience with US/European/APAC institutions.

• Bachelor's in law, science, or business.
• Experience with Contracting Plans and Kick-Off Meetings.
