You'll provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric and adult clients in their homes, including those needing tracheostomy and ventilator management. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling and electronic charting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes
• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care for complex clients
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

📋 Requirements

• Current valid nursing license (LPN) and graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Current CPR Card

• Experience with pediatric and adult home care
• Tracheostomy and ventilator management experience
• Flexible availability for 8-12 hour shifts
