You'll design, build, and scale high-performance blockchain RPC services used by developers and enterprises globally. You'll operate at the intersection of distributed systems, Web3 infrastructure, and developer experience. This role requires deep technical ownership and a strong bias toward execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency backend services in Go.
• Architect distributed systems and own end-to-end delivery from design through production.
• Improve uptime and reduce latency across services.

📋 Requirements

• 6–10 years experience building and operating backend or distributed systems in high-scale production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Go with ability to quickly adopt new languages as needed.
• Deep experience designing and operating distributed systems, databases, and streaming architectures.
• Experience with Web3, blockchain infrastructure, or high-throughput API platforms including RPC services or node infrastructure.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data streaming pipelines.
• Familiarity with engineering standards and best practices in distributed systems.
