🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and provide feedback to elevate team performance and engagement.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience by leading a customer-focused culture.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.

📋 Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in specialty or culinary retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
