Description

You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers during the technical implementation phase, providing hands-on support and project management. You'll act as the primary point of contact for Anatomic Pathology labs, Academic Medical Centers, and Hospital Systems, while also serving as an escalation point for the support team.

Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing SaaS implementation roles
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Based in Brazil
• Strong analytical skills and operating rigor
• Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation and lab systems (Epic Beaker, Novopath, Cerner Millennium) preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as primary point of contact during technical implementation
• Provide hands-on technical implementation support with customer IT and internal teams
• Manage all implementation tasks, schedule updates, risk resolution, and customer communication
• Support external clients as application expert and escalation point, including on-call rotation
• Travel up to 20% of the time, primarily in Brazil and occasionally to the US
