You'll own the strategy for commercial data products at SumUp, powering how we measure performance and reward growth. You'll bring clarity to fragmented data systems, building a single trusted system for attribution and commissions. This role offers high impact in a global fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set strategy and success metrics for Commercial Data products
• Partner with teams to migrate logic into service-oriented architecture
• Translate business objectives into data-driven incentive structures
• Create self-serve tools for attribution and commission insights

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in complex data ecosystems
• Collaboration with engineering and understanding API specs
• Deep knowledge of data reliability metrics (latency, lineage, SLOs/SLIs)
• Experience with commission/incentive modeling or sales attribution
