You will be the welcoming face of our clinic, performing check-in/out, registration, and escorting patients. You'll handle scheduling, medical records, and post-scan follow-up, ensuring a smooth and caring patient experience.

Requirements

• 1+ year customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
• Self-starter with strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and verify identity/documentation
• Assist with registration and intake forms
• Escort patients to dressing rooms ensuring privacy
• Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records
