💼 About This Role

You'll partner with hiring managers to drive recruitment for 30+ AI-first products at Kiss My Apps. You'll own the full hiring cycle from brief to offer, leveraging data-driven strategies. This role offers the chance to shape recruiting processes in a fast-growing product ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full recruitment cycle from briefing to offer presentation
• Develop sourcing strategies for various roles and levels
• Conduct interviews including intro, video, and competency-based
• Collaborate with hiring teams for transparent hiring process
• Build exceptional candidate experience and data-driven metrics

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in product company
• Experience closing both technical and non-technical vacancies
• Proficiency in conducting interviews with various methodologies
• Strong sourcing skills for proactive search on complex roles
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
