You'll lead and scale high-performance teams responsible for insourcing custom integrated circuits from rapid prototyping through high-volume production. You'll drive continuous improvement using Lean and Kaizen methodologies in a fast-paced cleanroom environment. This role directly supports Starlink's mission to deliver global high-speed connectivity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead team of manufacturing specialists and technicians for silicon packages
• Own safety performance and ensure EHS training compliance
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, 5S tools
• Develop daily production plans based on customer commitments and capacity
• Analyze production data and lead root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/test environment (or 5+ years without degree)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with safety-critical systems and automated equipment
• 3+ years of formal team leadership experience

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or operations management
• 3+ years managing production in semiconductor back-end cleanroom
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
