You'll define documentation strategy and information architecture for APIs, SDKs, and platform surfaces. This role comes at a pivotal moment as we expand our platform and invest in AI-driven workflows to improve how content is created and maintained.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of technical writers.
• Define and drive documentation strategy and information architecture.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Support to document features.
• Improve developer onboarding and reduce time to integration.
• Drive innovation in tooling, automation, and AI-driven content workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical writing or developer documentation.
• 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience delivering documentation for APIs, SDKs, or complex platform products.
• Information architecture and content strategy skills with experience scaling documentation systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or scaling developer portals or self-service platforms.
• Familiarity with onboarding flows, sandbox environments, or API-first ecosystems.
• Experience partnering with Developer Relations or developer-facing teams.
