You'll build and scale the top-of-funnel go-to-market engine for AI-powered robotics across North America. Your core impact is developing outbound strategies and aligning Marketing and Sales to generate qualified pipeline. You'll thrive in ambiguity, building systems from scratch to shape Sereact's North American growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and execute scalable outbound strategies across target verticals.
- Identify and prioritize strategic enterprise accounts using ABM approach.
- Generate qualified opportunities through multi-channel prospecting.
- Build repeatable workflows for prospecting, qualification, and handoff.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in business development in B2B technology.
- Experience in fast-growing scale-up environment.
- Proven success in outbound systems and ABM strategies.
- CRM discipline and tool proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling technical products or automation systems.
- Familiarity with robotics, logistics, or industrial solutions.
