• Own global compliance coverage for entity management platform

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of company secretarial experience
• Strong working knowledge of Diligent Entities management software
• Proven ability to interpret complex multi-jurisdictional legislation
• Corporate Governance Institute (CGI) qualification or equivalent

• Experience presenting at industry events or user conferences
• Familiarity with regulatory engagement at a government level
