🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance team work.
• Manage capital improvement projects from bid to completion.
• Oversee unit turn scheduling and inspect make-ready units.
• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years in apartment maintenance or skilled trade.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA certification (preferred, but often required).

• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience.
• CPO certification.
