🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain COBOL applications for online and batch processing
• Design and implement solutions to optimize mainframe resource efficiency
• Support production environments by troubleshooting and resolving incidents
• Analyze business requirements and propose scalable technical solutions

📋 Requirements

• COBOL development within mainframe environments
• Batch and Online processing with CICS, VSAM, DB2, JCL, TSO/ISPF
• Experience with mainframe utilities such as SORT, IDCAMS, File Manager
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

• Experience in banking or financial services
• Knowledge of payment systems, PIX, or compliance
• Experience with cloud/hybrid environments or Java/.NET integrations
