💼 About This Role

You'll manage vendor contracts and pricing for Braze's messaging portfolio (SMS, MMS, RCS, etc.). Your work will directly impact profitability and competitiveness across global regions. You'll collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Product teams to drive data-backed pricing decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own vendor contracts for SMS, MMS, RCS, Email, and WhatsApp.
• Analyze and maintain pricing and cost data sheets.
• Reevaluate prices, margins, and volumes to ensure competitive rates.
• Negotiate bespoke pricing requests with vendors.
• Generate cost and pricing reports to support decision-making.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in CPaaS Messaging (SMS, RCS).
• Advanced proficiency in analytical tools (Looker, Excel).
• Experience leveraging AI for data synthesis and automation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
