Description

You will lead and manage construction projects from $3M to $20M, ensuring scope, schedule, and financial goals are met. You'll oversee project teams, manage budgets, enforce safety and quality standards, and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture (or PMP/CCM with 5 years experience)
• Minimum 5 years as Project Manager or Construction Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of built environment infrastructure
• Experience managing at-risk projects from planning through closeout

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and design/build proposals including estimating, scheduling, and subcontracting
• Prepare baseline performance plans and monitor financial performance with monthly forecasting
• Ensure safety compliance and a zero-tolerance environment
• Manage client relationships and ensure owner satisfaction
• Oversee project team selection, subcontracting, and procurement
