Description

In this role, you will drive regional marketing strategy and execution across Europe, with a growth focus on DACH, BENELUX, and the Nordics. You'll lead field marketing, sales engagement, and pipeline generation, bridging corporate strategy with regional execution to deliver measurable revenue impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience including senior leadership roles
• Strong experience in field marketing and demand generation across European markets
• Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth
• Deep collaboration experience with Sales leadership and revenue teams
• Experience working in matrixed, global organizations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategy aligned with global objectives
• Design and lead high-impact field marketing programs (executive events, conferences, ABM, roadshows)
• Own regional pipeline contribution targets and develop demand generation programs
• Partner closely with regional Sales leadership to align marketing priorities with sales targets
• Serve as primary liaison between European markets and Group/Corporate marketing
