You'll be the face of Carvana at our facility, ensuring associate, customer, and asset protection through access control, patrols, and emergency response. Your work directly impacts our inventory accuracy and safety metrics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle movement at entrance and exit gates.
• Conduct routine patrols of facility and document concerns.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with incident protocols.
• Support badge creation, CCTV review, and inventory control.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively
• Proven decision-making in complex environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, or card access systems
• Experience supporting an OSHA program or safety team
• Background in crisis prevention or response plans
