Description

You will build and scale the Customer Success function for Relay's Industrial sector, leading a team to drive value realization and expansion across mid-market to enterprise accounts. Your mission is to design customer journeys that fuel revenue growth and strengthen account-based sales motions in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading teams through complex industrial hardware and software lifecycles
  • Experience building a new sector into a scalable, data-driven operation
  • Strong commercial negotiation and account-based sales motion capabilities
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels

Responsibilities

  • Hire and develop a high-performance team of CS Managers and Specialists
  • Design and iterate on scalable customer lifecycle playbooks for Industrial segments
  • Build deep command of Industrial segments and nurture executive-level relationships
  • Own delivery of team OKRs and revenue targets
