Description
You will build and scale the Customer Success function for Relay's Industrial sector, leading a team to drive value realization and expansion across mid-market to enterprise accounts. Your mission is to design customer journeys that fuel revenue growth and strengthen account-based sales motions in a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading teams through complex industrial hardware and software lifecycles
- Experience building a new sector into a scalable, data-driven operation
- Strong commercial negotiation and account-based sales motion capabilities
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
Responsibilities
- Hire and develop a high-performance team of CS Managers and Specialists
- Design and iterate on scalable customer lifecycle playbooks for Industrial segments
- Build deep command of Industrial segments and nurture executive-level relationships
- Own delivery of team OKRs and revenue targets
