🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate professionally with accounts via phone, email, and in person.
• Track growth/decline of managed accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Use TMS to enter bids and log customer communications.
• Serve as main point of contact and resolve customer issues quickly.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' experience in logistics required.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask while building relationships.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Three years' experience in customer service preferred.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
