You'll join the loudest store in the mall as a music and pop culture fanatic. You'll provide amazing customer service, share your fandom knowledge, and help merchandise the store. This part-time role lets you be a huge part of our success by creating the best experience for fellow fans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales at the register.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• At least 16 years of age to join the fandom force.
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product using approved equipment.
• Capable of packing and unpacking boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
