Description

As an Associate Project Manager at Kaseya, you'll join the professional services team to lead customer onboardings and implementations of our IT Complete solutions. You'll define business requirements, create project plans, allocate resources, and drive progress to ensure successful delivery, while building strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• 2+ years managing customer-facing projects
• 2+ years working with business stakeholders in cross-functional matrix environment
• Strong background in Software Implementation
• Understanding of PMI framework or similar

Responsibilities

• Oversee resource schedules and coordinate updates to maximize productivity
• Lead complex multi-product implementation projects
• Conduct project discovery by analyzing customer needs and business requirements
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements, process flows, and status reports
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction
