• Proven experience in performance ad editing for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Track record of producing top-performing creative in data-driven environment.
• Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Skilled in building high-retention edits through hooks and pacing.
