• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz through promotion of new products and social media
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product
• At least 18 years of age
