💼 About This Role

You'll lead KBRA's North American compliance program and serve as Designated Compliance Officer. You'll strengthen internal controls, manage regulatory reporting and examinations, and provide compliance guidance across the firm. This role reports to the Global Head of Compliance and the Board of Managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage regulatory reporting for North American jurisdictions
• Oversee internal control monitoring program and create monitoring plans
• Lead US-based compliance staff, providing growth opportunities
• Develop periodic and ad hoc reports for management and Board

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of compliance experience in financial services or regulated entity
• Expert knowledge of SEC regulations for NRSROs
• Experience managing regulatory examinations and inquiries
• Proven ability to lead and develop a compliance team

• Experience with Canadian securities regulations (Ontario Securities Commission)
• Background in credit rating agencies or fixed income markets
