💼 About This Role

You'll join our Driver Success Team to maximise customer retention at lease end, taking a relationship-based approach to convert renewals and win back leavers. Your goal is to resolve issues directly and ensure drivers have every reason to stay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage pipeline of end-of-lease customers for renewal
• Handle renewals, extensions, and retention across all leasing products
• Engage long-term customers with a relationship-based approach
• Proactively win back lost customers and resolve issues

📋 Requirements

• Customer service experience with a relationship focus
• Communication skills to clearly articulate lease benefits
• Problem-solving ability for challenging conversations
• Team orientation and proactive learning attitude
