Description

Lead and manage cost accounting for Anduril's portfolio of defense products, ensuring accurate product costing, variance analysis, and margin reporting. You will oversee a regional team, partner with cross-functional teams to analyze manufacturing performance, and support IPO readiness initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
• 5-7 years of progressive cost accounting experience in manufacturing
• Experience with standard costing in complex, low-volume, high-dollar manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of FAR/CAS cost principles
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of cost accountants
• Oversee standard costing practices for accurate product costing and variance analysis
• Manage cost accounting close process including cost roll-ups and reconciliations
• Administer physical and cycle count programs for inventory accuracy
• Support U.S. government contract pricing and audit requirements (FAR/CAS)
