💼 About This Role

You'll work on our core language learning platform while modeling AI-augmented development workflows that raise the AI fluency of our entire engineering organization. You'll set the standard by doing, not by title, and bring others along without being asked.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate daily with Claude Code using structured, repeatable workflows.
• Serve as technical resource for AI-augmented workflows across engineering.
• Build reusable agent skills, hooks, and guardrails for the team.
• Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and linguists.

📋 Requirements

• Ruby with Python for ML and Go for performance.
• Daily use of Claude Code as primary agentic coding tool with production PRs.
• Experience building multi-agent workflows with checkpointing and cost control.
• Ability to author context documents (CLAUDE.md, architecture maps) for AI-navigable codebases.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG systems or MCP servers.
• Disciplined prompt engineering with systematic iteration.
• Security-first mindset around AI workflow data classification.
