💼 About This Role
You'll design and operate Leap's end-to-end lifecycle engine to convert marketing activity into pipeline and closed deals. You'll own the architecture, execution, and optimization of journeys from first touch through opportunity creation. This role leverages AI-driven workflows to scale personalization and experimentation across the funnel.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy
- Build segmentation frameworks, nurture journeys, and lead scoring models
- Own HubSpot lifecycle marketing stack architecture and automation
- Run structured experimentation program across the lifecycle funnel
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of lifecycle marketing/CRM experience in B2B
- Deep expertise in HubSpot including complex workflows and lifecycle architectures
- Proven track record of building lifecycle programs driving pipeline conversion
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, GPT) to improve workflows

- Experience in healthtech, benefits, or complex sales-assisted environments
- Experience building lifecycle functions from 0→1 and scaling them
- Experience partnering with RevOps, Insights, and Engineering teams
