🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide integrated behavioral health care with primary and specialty care providers
• Maintain a caseload conducting 30-45 minute therapy sessions
• Work with a diverse patient population using inclusive approaches
• Solve patient problems efficiently through collaboration and resourcefulness

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of teletherapy experience integrating technology into practice
• Active license as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in MA
• Trained in evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, or MBCT
• Comfortable with safety planning and intervention for high-risk clients

• Additional licenses in OR, CA, MD, TX, or TN
• Professional fluency in Spanish for medical settings
