💼 About This Role

You'll lead food safety and quality programs at Misfits Market, a mission-driven startup reducing food waste. Your impact: ensuring compliance with SQF and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement on the warehouse floor. This role is a hybrid of quality strategy and hands-on operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement quality and food safety policies per SQF standards
• Lead QA/QC Sanitation Technicians to ensure compliance
• Analyze defect data and food safety KPIs to drive improvements
• Manage supplier compliance using TraceGains and perform audits

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field
• 2–5 years experience in QA or process engineering in manufacturing/food
• HACCP certification and familiarity with FSMA regulations
• Proficiency in data analysis and Statistical Process Control
