You will troubleshoot and resolve external user issues, analyze processes to scale operations and improve user experience, and collaborate with teams to enhance product offerings. This role offers insight into how thousands of businesses operate on Stripe and a chance to make a real impact on the organization.

• Troubleshoot and solve external user issues

• Work closely with other Stripe teams to improve product offerings and messaging
• Gain insights into how businesses on Stripe scale and operate
• Partner with global operations specialists to run critical workflows
