You'll provide critical support for our Brokerage business Support Ecosystem including Front, Zendesk, and Genesys Cloud. You'll diagnose and resolve technical issues, develop automation using SQL and Python, and serve as the primary contact for support inquiries. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for users and systems
• Develop and maintain automation and integrations using SQL and Python
• Serve as primary contact for support inquiries related to Support Ecosystem
• Log and manage support requests in ticketing system

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a technical support role
• Intermediate SQL and Python skills
• Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications in supported applications (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
• Experience with Front, Zendesk, Salesforce, Genesys, or similar
• Experience in logistics or transportation industry
