Description

You will oversee a dynamic warehouse operations team, ensuring daily capacity goals are met by monitoring order volume and determining staffing needs. You'll identify operational improvements, coordinate with multiple departments, enforce processes to mitigate operational misses, and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations in a management or supervisory role
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
• Financial acumen for recording, tracking, and reporting expense control
• Strong proficiency in computer skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop operational improvements related to workflow, resources, and layout
