💼 About This Role
You'll lead CX operations for tem's Onboarding and Service Engine, designing scalable processes and automations. Your work will directly reduce manual effort and improve customer outcomes in a company rebuilding global energy transactions. You'll collaborate across Product and Engineering to build reliable operational systems.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Maintain and monitor core workflows and systems for reliability and scale.
- Build operational automations that route work and reduce manual effort.
- Design triage protocols for efficient customer query resolution.
- Partner with Product to remove recurring customer friction points.
📋 Requirements
- Background in Support Operations or CX Operations.
- Hands-on experience with CX platforms (Intercom or similar) and automation tooling (n8n, Retool).
- Confidence with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot.
- Strong systems thinking with ability to make clear tradeoff decisions.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Familiarity with agentic systems and AI-driven workflows.
- Background in energy or regulated industries.
