💼 About This Role

You'll lead CX operations for tem's Onboarding and Service Engine, designing scalable processes and automations. Your work will directly reduce manual effort and improve customer outcomes in a company rebuilding global energy transactions. You'll collaborate across Product and Engineering to build reliable operational systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Maintain and monitor core workflows and systems for reliability and scale.
  • Build operational automations that route work and reduce manual effort.
  • Design triage protocols for efficient customer query resolution.
  • Partner with Product to remove recurring customer friction points.

📋 Requirements

  • Background in Support Operations or CX Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with CX platforms (Intercom or similar) and automation tooling (n8n, Retool).
  • Confidence with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot.
  • Strong systems thinking with ability to make clear tradeoff decisions.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Familiarity with agentic systems and AI-driven workflows.
  • Background in energy or regulated industries.
