💼 About This Role

You'll join the Cabify Logistics team as a Routing Associate, responsible for transforming order volume into optimized delivery plans. You'll ensure every package leaves the warehouse on the most efficient route via cross-docking operations. This night-shift role offers hands-on impact on urban delivery efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and structure delivery routes in a cross-docking warehouse.
• Process orders in internal systems ensuring data integrity.
• Assign routes to drivers through company technology platforms.
• Monitor real-time resource allocation aligned with marketplace demand.

📋 Requirements

• Geographic knowledge of Lima's main roads and restrictions.
• Experience with order management systems and mobile apps.
• Ability to work under pressure in dynamic logistics environments.
• Availability for night shifts from 10 PM to 3 AM.
