Description

You will provide compassionate home health services to adult and geriatric clients in designated territories, following care plans, administering medication, performing wound care, monitoring conditions, and coordinating care. Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using electronic medical records
