You'll be the go-to person for guest inquiries, handling everything from booking modifications to local recommendations. You'll balance online guest communication with face-to-face interactions at our property, ensuring a seamless and consistent service experience.

- Manage guest tickets via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Guide guests through check-in process in person
- Handle guest requests and emergencies efficiently
- Collaborate with team for seamless operations
π Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and Italian
- Comfortable with various communication tools and platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
