💼 About This Role

You'll lead new hardware product introductions and sustaining projects for autonomous drone manufacturing. You'll collaborate across product, engineering, and supply chain to deliver quality and speed to market in American factory operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate cross-functionally on new hardware product development.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and metrics for each phase.
• Track progress, communicate status, and escalate issues.
• Drive program review meetings and cross-functional alignment.
• Improve supply chain, manufacturing, and quality processes.

📋 Requirements

• Electro-mechanical program management background (consumer/industrial electronics preferred).
• Functional understanding of manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
• Analytical approach to drive recommendations based on data.
• Willingness to work outside your scope to cover gaps.

• Experience with autonomous systems or drones.
