You'll own P&L responsibility for Wheely's largest market, driving growth across operations, sales, and marketing. You'll work directly with the CEO and executive team to shape strategic priorities for a $100M business. This role offers the chance to lead a 24/7 premium operation with significant autonomy and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own P&L for London market
• Manage pricing, fleet composition, and availability
• Lead four teams: Driver Ops, Quality, Sales, Marketing
• Drive business development and partnerships

📋 Requirements

• STEM or Economics degree from leading university
• 7-10 years total experience with 5+ in investment banking or high-growth tech
• Based in Central London
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
