Description

You will act as a trusted advisor, designing and delivering innovative solutions for Landmark Valuation Services. You'll build client relationships, gather requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support delivery activities in the property tech sector.

Requirements

• Experience in property, mortgage valuation, lending, or surveying sectors
• Proven experience delivering bespoke technical solutions including requirements capture and training
• Strong analytical, project management, and consultative selling skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-focused with a drive for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and understand their business models and challenges
• Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements and present tailored technical solutions
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to propose solutions
• Support delivery activities including onboarding, documentation, training, and post-implementation support
• Maintain expert knowledge of mortgage valuation, property, and surveying sectors
