You'll partner with enterprise clients to design and deploy agentic AI solutions during the POC phase. You'll own the implementation lifecycle and drive measurable business impact for global brands like Delta and MetLife. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the implementation lifecycle for enterprise POC customers.
• Lead discovery and architecture discussions with stakeholders.
• Perform complex configuration, API integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor customer health and create optimization plans.

📋 Requirements

• 5–6+ years project management or consulting experience in SaaS/enterprise.
• 2+ years deploying and implementing SaaS solutions.
• Proficiency with JSON, Datadog, Postman, and API integrations.
• Working knowledge of NLP concepts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Agent Desk or CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
• Engineering or technical background.
• Experience with LLMs and multi-agent orchestration.
