💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers the chance to work with iconic merchandise in a fun, fan-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support as needed.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Support planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Love of music and pop culture.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Knowledge of store KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
