🎯 What You'll Do

• Own core production processes for battery system assembly
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks via root cause analysis
• Develop and validate standardized work instructions and fixtures
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using production metrics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing or process engineering experience
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and SPC
• Proficiency with production tools like PLC programming, MES, ERP

• Advanced degree preferred
• Experience with batteries or power electronics
• Data skills: SQL, Python, JMP, or similar
